This is the first of many articles where I showcase ways to use AI to make money. However, before we dive deep into the strategy, I will explain some context about money.

By definition, money is a medium of exchange used for goods & services.

How do you make more money?

Simple. Create value.

The best businesses in the world provide value to the most amount of people. For example, take a look at Microsoft. Every office in the world has a Microsoft product or software. Microsoft is currently worth 2.44T due to its innovations.

Now, why did I tell you this?

Roughly 7/10 businesses have a website.

What does this mean?

30% of businesses NEED a website. As a result, there is a gap in the market that can make you a substantial amount of money if you put in the work and do your due diligence.

The business model I will share is how to create a high-quality website using AI in minutes. Then, I’ll give you a strategy on how to acquire customers.

How To Build A Website With AI

There are many ways to build a website. The traditional method for non-coders is by using WordPress templates & Wix. However, this usually takes multiple hours or even days. AI made this process much quicker.

For simplification purposes of this demonstration, I’m going to be using codedesign.ai

1. Click on the link above and create an account.

2. Go to “My Projects” and press the big +

3. For this demonstration, I’ll make a law firm website. If the business you’re creating a website for doesn’t have a template, press “Generate site using AI. If it does, press “Clone Project.”

4. Input the project name (their business’s name) and press “Start Project.”

5. That’s it. Simple, right?

You now have a website that you can fully customize for a client. You can begin inputting your client’s information and images. Then, personalize the website to be unique to their business. This AI is super easy to use and makes the website-building process extremely simple. You left-click on any parts of the website you want to customize. You can customize it further on the right and add responsive a CSS design if necessary.

6. When you’re finished, you can export the HTML & CSS file at the top.

How To Find Clients

This is the tricky part.

The more you put in, the more you get out. I have a few suggestions on how to find clients.

First, sign up as a freelancer on websites like Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, etc. Then, put in the effort to make a good profile and create samples for people to see your work.

The second way, and the way I recommend the most, is to reach out to local businesses that don’t have websites and offer to build them a website with a monthly maintenance fee.

Go to your nearest plaza and search for every business’ name on your phone. If you find a company needing a website, go in and ask to speak with the owner. If the owner is off-site, ask for their email. Offer them your services as a website developer and create a portfolio to show them.

The last thing you can do is be creative. There are so many ways to find clients. I want you to implement my two practices and actively think of ways on your own. You can find many clients through social media.
